The Civil Engineering Department at the College of Engineering at the University of Kerbala organized a training course titled “Project Planning and Scheduling for Beginners Using MS Project.” The course was presented by Professor Dr. Hussein Ali Muhammad, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Hassan Hadi, and Assistant Professor Ghafil Karim Aswad.
The course was attended by a number of college professors, staff, and students. It covered basic concepts in project management and planning, with practical training on using MS Project to prepare timetables and track implementation phases.
The course aims to provide participants with practical skills in planning and management, enhancing their efficiency in the workplace and contributing to increased productivity and the quality of engineering project implementation.
